Kallio City is centered on what use to be instance 225 in Kallio Correctional Facility, though it has since grown to spill out into nearby instances.
This city was founded over 200 years ago by the decedents of people who woke up in stasis pods with memory wipes in the facility, only to find that after completing their training they were not going to be picked up.
